This is a 5 year old turnkey 2 bedroom two bath home, grounds with exotic gardens, swimming pool, BBQ and large terrace, covered garage. Exclusive high, quiet end of El Valle on the Northern slopes of Cerro Carocoral, behind Hotel Campestre. Maid service not provided. All types of fruit trees. High security: Grounds protected by 4 Dobermans that are fenced in on other parts of property. The space This spectacular property has a private pool and terrace with a BBQ pit. It is on the ascending slope of the crater, known as El Caracoral. The garden has the largest collection of native bromeliads and orchids. We also have various excellent restaurants within walking distance of home. Our drinking water is excellent, and we have water both from our own well and the city water system. We also have an electric generator for use when needed. The Square trees are within walking distance. Walking trails along the rim of the volcano are within a 15 minute drive. The property is completly fenced in for your added security. Fresh produce and native artifact market nearby. Supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations within 10 minute drive. Guest access The guest will have their own set of keys to the home and thd front gate of the property. The beautiful orchid and bromeliad terrace with BBQ and swimming pool open to guests and shared with owner. Beautiful garden with exotic tropics plants for you to walk through and enjoy our botanical gardens. Guests should not cut plants or touch the Orchids. Other things to note Property has two caretakers that are available and do the gardening and upkeep of the grounds, premises, and will take care of your garbage disposal. Area to hang and air dry the laundry behind the home should you decide not to use the clothes dryer. One caretaker sleeps in main home during week days if owner is not there. Large iron grill gate maintained closed when guest or owner not going out and locked at night or when guest prefers. Maid service is not provided but can be had at expense of guest.
