The good location of the facility, 100 m from the Bus Station and 500 m from the Railway Station, means that our Guests do not need a car to use the facility. The 10 sqm bedroom has two single, comfortable beds that can be joined into one, clean bedding and towels, a spacious wardrobe, a dresser and an LCD TV. The 18 sq meters living room features a large, comfortable and fold-out sofa, a spacious wardrobe, an RTV cabinet, an LCD TV, a coffee table, and a balcony. The 9.2 sq. kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: induction cooktop with electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, table with 4 folding chairs, tableware for 6 people, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses. Bathroom: sink with cabinet, shower, toilet and a set of towels. Hallway: additional large wardrobe, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes dryer. The Sunny Home apartment is perfect for couples or families. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of combining them into one, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Both the bedroom and the living room have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Equipment storage is available on site.
