The apartment is larger than 90 square meters with 5 little balconies, has been recently fully renovated and it's located on the 1st floor, with elevator. All windows are double glazed. The apartment consists of: - Living room with kitchen (with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven etc.); - Double room; - Double room with additional single sofa bed and internal bathroom; - single room with bunk bed and additional sofa bed; - 2nd large bathroom with bidet and shower. A folding baby cot and a high chair are available for free. Total comfort: air conditioning and LCD TV inside each room, free wi-fi broadband internet connection, 2 hairdryers, kitchen utensils etc. All linen is washed and sanitized with professional service. Three towels are provided for each guest. If you travel by car there is a paid covered parking near the apartment. The area is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, markets and lounge bars. Guest access The apartment is totally at the exclusive disposal of our guests. Other things to note ​A​t check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide identification for all guests, as mandated by Italian law.
