This apartment is located in the village of Rumigny, 10 minutes from Amiens. It is housed above a barn and has been completely renovated by us. It will offer you all the comfort of a new apartment but with the charm of old Picardy houses! The view of the countryside is breathtaking at sunrise as well as at sunset. The private terrace will allow you to enjoy it in complete privacy. The space The apartment is located in Rumigny, 10 minutes from Amiens. Our main residence is right next to the apartment, which is above one of our barns. You will have independent access to get there as well as parking to put your car there. The property is completely renovated. It has a loft-style living room with an open equipped kitchen (oven, stove, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, pots, dishes, etc.) The bedroom, toilet and bathroom are at the back of the apartment. All rooms are connected to each other. It's very nice for a couple to live there. We have the possibility to accommodate 4 people with a sofa bed but be careful about privacy anyway because everything is open! A terrace is available with beautiful views of the Picardy countryside.
