Gulf Dunes was built in 1999 and is one of the premiere properties on Okaloosa Island. It has two Gulfside heated pools and a tennis court. There are two boardwalks that take you to directly to 426 feet of sugar white sands. Gulf Dunes is far enough from the crowds and busy traffic to enjoy the beach but close enough for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. No need to bring chairs for the beach since beach service is included in your rental. Complimentary Beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) is from March 1st through October 31st.
