Villa delle Rose has a wonderful garden with roses, a private swimming pool and a well-equipped outdoor dining area. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms with 2 extra beds and one of the two lounges that can be turned into an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. Wifi connection and air conditioning are also available. The space Villa delle Rose is located in the village of Colbordolo, surrounded by the green hills of Le Marche region and is a perfect location for a family holiday or a group of friends. The property boasts a wonderful garden with lawn, rose garden and various plants. We also find a spacious porch, equipped with a dining table for 12 people, sofas and chairs, ideal for relaxing in company. The outdoor spaces are embellished by a large swimming pool (11.30 x 6 m) equipped with sun beds, a slide and a trampoline. In the garden there is also a barbecue area and private parking. The villa is completely protected both inside and outside by a mosquito repellent system. Internally furnished with style and taste, Villa delle Rose is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Ground floor The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living area, equipped with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, and direct access to the external porch through large French windows. Additionally there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and 1 bedroom with two French beds and a single sofa bed. First floor Upstairs there is another large open-space living area, furnished with: sofas, fireplace, dining table and modern kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster). The floor is completed by 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub) and 2 bedrooms: one double and one bedroom with two French beds and a single sofa bed. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire villa for the whole length of their stay.
