IMPORTANT BOAT BOOKING REMINDER Please be reminded to book your boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida in advance to ensure a smooth journey. The latest boat from Sanur Harbor usually departs at 17:00 WITA (GMT +8). Booking ahead of time will help you avoid any last-minute inconveniences and ensure a timely arrival on the island. PARKING SPACE The parking lot becomes one with the villa owner's parking lot which is on the next building. The parking lot can fit many motorbikes. Other things to note ISSUES & SUPPORT PROCESS Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property. While we do our best to maintain everything in good condition, issues may occasionally occur during your stay. If any issue arises, please inform us via the booking platform chat, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve it as efficiently as possible. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the severity of the issue, staff availability, inspection needs, and external conditions beyond our control that may not be immediately fixable, including power outages, water interruptions, or internet issues handled by third-party providers. • CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Kindly note that there will be ongoing construction in the property area, expected to be completed by August 2026. The construction usually starts at 8 AM - 5 PM. To enhance your comfort and tranquility, we advise you to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period. • WATER PROVISION Please note that as part of our welcome package, we provide water bottles only once upon check-in to help you get settled comfortably. For the rest of your stay, we encourage our guests to purchase their own water, contributing to sustainability and reducing plastic use. There are several local shops nearby where you can easily find drinking water at very reasonable prices. • EMBRACE THE BEAUTY OF TROPICAL NATURE Our property is surrounded by tropical nature, and small wildlife like lizards or geckos may occasionally be spotted. Rest assured, we’re here to assist and ensure your comfort during your stay. • NUSA PENIDA ROAD CONDITION Please be aware that the roads in Nusa Penida are narrower and less developed than those in Bali. They are not designed for pedestrians, so walking may not be practical. Additionally, driving conditions can be tight and challenging. Kindly provide us with your estimated arrival time at least one day in advance (D-1) so we can assist you better. • Late Check-out Our check-out time is STRICT adhering to our checkout time. We do not accept or accommodate any late check-outs. Please plan your departure accordingly. • Luggage Drop Guests who arrive prior to their room being ready may leave their luggage at the reception area only on the day of their scheduled check-in (D-Day). This service is to provide convenience for those guests who wish to use common facilities or choose to go out while waiting for their room, which is targeted to be ready around 2 PM. Please be aware that luggage drop is strictly for the day of your arrival, and we are unable to store luggage prior to your check-in date. If you from the main island of Bali and want to go to Nusa Penida Island, you need to take boat approximately 45 - 60 mins. • TRANSPORTATION MANAGER We provide boat tickets from New Sanur Harbour (Jalan Matahari Terbit), pick-up cars on Penida harbor, and even tour arrangements around Nusa Penida. If you are interested to have a snorkeling experience with manta, I do have a team that can help to make it happen ;) If you are from the main island of Bali and want to go to Nusa Penida Island, you need to take a fast boat approximately 45 - 60 mins.
