The standard rate includes a welcome minibar. The accommodation is presented as a hotel-style room with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is intended exclusively for preparing tea and coffee for breakfast. Cooking is not allowed, and no pans or microwave are provided for heating meals. Please respect the house rules: a €40 cleaning fee will be charged in case of misuse of the kitchenette. Heating is available from mid-October through April, while air conditioning is available from June through September. Air conditioning activation may vary depending on seasonal maintenance and filter cleaning schedules. Private parking is located in the lower area at the end of the downhill driveway. Guests are kindly requested to move their vehicle to the parking area after unloading luggage in order to keep the access clear. Guests and drivers are fully responsible for entering and exiting the property safely onto the public road. Please drive slowly and carefully at all times. Guests and drivers are also responsible for manoeuvring vehicles within the property and for respecting other parked vehicles. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. We kindly recommend not leaving valuable items unattended inside the property. Additional recommended rules: No parties or events allowed. No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
