Peaceful Lake Cabin - Close to Town - sleeps 6

Enjoy a peaceful cabin getaway on Apple Lake, 5 minutes from Highlands, NC. Highlands is a charming mountain town with great restaurants, spa, theater, music concerts, and shopping. Our cabin is very open with high ceilings, a huge wood burning fire place, two bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs in an open loft. Minutes from scenic waterfalls, and hiking trails. Enjoy relaxing on the porch, cooking, fishing, and kayaking on the lake. Wonderful for family/friend vacations or a romantic getaway! The space The cabin is very open with high ceilings and a large stone fireplace. There are two enclosed bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower. Upstairs there are two open bedrooms in a large loft and a tub/shower bathroom. The cabin has pine paneling with many windows creating an open airy feeling. The french doors downstairs lead to a covered porch with two decks. The lower deck is spacious and its stairs lead to the dock on the lake. Guest access Guests will have full access to cabin. Other things to note BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 ARE LOCATED IN UPSTAIRS LOFT (please see photos). GUEST LIMIT: 8 persons
