Access The apartment is part of an old house with 4 units. It is located on the ground floor. The small garden is exclusively reserved for this apartment. Please note, the apartment is accessed via 3 steps outside and 2 steps inside. It may not be ideal for people with reduced mobility. Montmorency is a small village with a pleasant living environment. A small supermarket is within walking distance. Many shops and restaurants with terraces are available. Go along Place Roger Levanneur (this parking is limited to 1h30 with a blue disc and is closed on market days). After the Guy Hoquet Real Estate Agency, turn right into the Market Parking entrance. This parking is free, with 230 spaces over 3 levels. The parking exit is in the basement, leading to Rue Jean Moulin. Directions to Paris Gare du Nord: Upon leaving the apartment, go down Rue du Marché to the right. 1- Bus stop Ehpad Simone Veil (1 minute walk) 2- Take bus line 15 towards Gare Enghien les Bains (5 stops, 7 minutes) 3- Take line H towards Paris and get off at Gare du Nord (15 minutes, it’s the terminus) Enghien les Bains is in Zone 4 of Paris. From Gare du Nord: RER B, Metro 4, and 5. Fares to Paris: The bus ticket (€2) is purchased on the bus. The price of a RER + Metro ticket is €3.65 per adult per trip (after exiting the metro, the ticket is no longer valid). A ticket within Paris Zone 1 costs €1.90 per person per trip (valid on bus, metro, RER, tramway). It is possible to purchase a day pass (at the Enghien les Bains station ticket office) that allows unlimited travel in Paris and Île-de-France on all modes of transport (except Orlyval) for one day. Notes The house has an old appearance, but the apartment's interior holds pleasant surprises. Please note that the bedroom and living room are separated by a curtain, not a door. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ✧WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES? Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3 PM, and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11 AM. It is possible to arrive before 3 PM if the cleaning has been completed. Please contact us for confirmation. ✧DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? Upon booking, the reservation amount is charged. If canceled up to 5 days before the arrival date, this amount will be fully refunded. ✧WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT AT THE END OF MY STAY? Yes, if you wish, we can send you a receipt via email. ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? We love animals, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons. ✧IS THE APARTMENT SMOKE-FREE? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧CAN WE HAVE PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT? Parties are strictly prohibited in the house (the apartment is equipped with a noise detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT? The amenities in the apartment allow up to 3 people to stay. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath towels are always provided. ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price to ensure the apartment is clean upon your arrival. However, the tenant is required to leave it in its normal state of use (dishes done, floor clean, etc.). A cleaning service (€25) will be charged if additional cleaning of more than one hour is necessary.
