External visitors must be authorized. • The garden is not suitable for children’s play and must be respected (avoid stepping on grass or placing objects on flower beds). • Gates, main doors, and windows should remain closed for security reasons. • No motorbikes, cars, or bicycles are allowed inside the apartments or stairways. • Pets are not allowed, neither in the apartments nor in shared spaces. Behavior and Decorum • Do not hang towels or laundry on railings and do not throw waste from the terrace. • Keep noise levels down between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM and after 10:00 PM. Maintain a moderate volume on TV and music. • Smoking is prohibited indoors but allowed on the terrace, as long as it does not disturb others. • Common areas may be used for dining, but only by registered guests. Use of Facilities and Cleaning • Refrigerator: Keep at an appropriate setting (max level 2) and avoid overloading. • Washing machines: Do not use powder detergents and shake sand off beach towels before washing. • Waste disposal: Follow the local recycling schedule and place trash outside between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Do not leave garbage in the apartment upon departure. • Wi-Fi is free, strictly for guest use only. Do not share the password with outsiders.
