Welcome to our B&B, a charming "Terracielo" completely renovated in 2022, located in the heart of the historic center of Chioggia (VE). Our structure is distinguished by a perfect balance between tradition and innovation: a design that respects the authenticity of the past, enriched by modern and functional details. The space The property has double rooms, each with a private bathroom, spread over three floors to ensure comfort and tranquility. On the ground floor, there is the breakfast room, a cozy and familiar space where you can start the day calmly. Every morning, a breakfast is included with local, genuine and carefully selected products, to let you savor the local flavors from the moment you wake up. A warm and relaxing environment, ideal for feeling at home even when you are traveling. Bathroom linens are changed every 2 days. Linens are changed every 3 days Room cleaning is carried out every 2 days. To allow for cleaning, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Guest access The B&B is spread over several levels, in perfect style with the traditional homes of Chioggia. Access to the rooms is via an original, carefully restored internal staircase, which retains its historical charm and reflects the typical characteristics of the period houses in the area. Precisely to respect the authenticity of the building, there is no elevator. If you have special mobility needs, please contact us before your stay: we will be happy to help you and do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Other things to note Being in the historic center, we do not have private parking, but a convenient public parking lot is available 200 meters away. For lovers of two wheels, although we can't offer an indoor shelter for bicycles, you can park them right in front of the structure, guarded by our outdoor cameras. The B&B is in the heart of the historic center of Chioggia, in an authentic and lively area, far from mass tourism but full of local life. Within walking distance you can stroll through streets, canals and historic buildings, discovering shops, markets and picturesque views reminiscent of a small Venice, but more real and everyday. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous typical bacari and taverns, ideal for an aperitif with traditional cicchetti, as well as restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish from the Adriatic and dishes from Venetian cuisine. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for getting around on foot and experiencing the city with its slow rhythms, among boats, fishermen and sunsets over the lagoon. In a few minutes you can also reach the beaches of Sottomarina, ideal for a relaxing break between sea and sun.
