Welcome to the "Studio La Pause Agenaise" The accommodation is located at the Portes d'Agen, close to the Walygator and Aqualand amusement parks and the Agen Ouest highway exit. The studio is located at the back of a main house. It is completely independent, the entrance is independent and is through the garden. The space The 30 m2 studio is composed of: - A kitchen with a microwave/grill, stove, fridge, Tassimo coffee machine (coffee, tea and hot chocolate included), - A living room with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and TV. For reservations for 2 people wishing to sleep separately, please let me know so that I can prepare the 2 beds, - A bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are included, - A 300 m2 wooded exterior with a partly covered terrace where you can enjoy a grill that can be converted into an electric griddle. The studio flat is equipped with: - A kitchen with a microwave and grill oven, a hotplate, a fridge and a coffee machine (coffee, tea and hot chocolate included), - A main room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a TV, - A bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Towels and soap are included, - A tree-filled garden of 300 m2 with a patio and enjoy a barbecue and plancha grill. Guest access Guests can enjoy the terrace and private garden. Other things to note If I have the opportunity, I would welcome you in person. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible if the apartment is not rented the night before and/or after. If I'm available, you can also leave your luggage outside of check-in and check-out times. Small pets are tolerated indoors if they are clean. They must not climb on the bed, sofa etc... Big dogs must stay outside on a leash because the garden is not fenced and a rabbit lives in an outdoor park. You can smoke on the outdoor terrace. Upon checkout, please do the dishes and remove the sheets. In my absence, put the keys back in the key box. Have a pleasant stay 😊 If I'm free when you arrive, I'll be happy to host you. If I'm not available, a key box is located near the apartment's entrance. Time of arrival and departure can be flexible if the apartment is available before and/or after your stay. If I'm available, I can also keep your luggage before and after your arrival if the apartment is not available. Small pets are welcome in the apartment if they are well-groomed. It is forbidden to climb on the bed, the sofa bed etc. Big dogs have to stay outside and be kept on a lead. There is no fence around the house, and a rabbit lives in an outside enclosure. The apartment is a non-smoking area. Please do the dishes and remove the sheets before leaving. If I'm not there, put the key in the key box. Enjoy your stay! 😊
