In addition, a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax and watch the 50" TV with Netflix and Prime Video ready for use. The sofa also opens up in a simple and practical way, becoming a comfortable bed with wooden slats, a memory-foam mattress and pillows for sleeping in absolute comfort. The kitchen is the queen of the house, super modern and high quality made of steel. Equipped with all essential appliances such as electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and smeg fridge. The suite consists of a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, an armchair and a full-length mirror to be able to choose your outfit easily. The bathroom with window is completely finished in marble, with a spacious deluxe glass shower cubicle with multi-jet and chromotherapy for an out-of-the-ordinary relaxing shower. A small hallway where there is a spacious mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors and the washing machine for doing laundry, with drying rack, iron and ironing board. Finally, on the upper floor, via a spectacular glass staircase, there is a panoramic terrace with a 360° view of the historic centre. A pleasant relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, outdoor dining area and barbecue for excellent grills. The house is very bright thanks to its triple exposure and equipped with the best transom windows to better isolate external noise. Guests will be able to access all the spaces available without limits. It is very quiet and central, from where you can walk to the main services, shops, supermarkets, bars and clubs. From this area, the main sites of historical interest such as Villa D'este, Villa Gregoriana, the Sanctuary of Ercole Vincitore, the Temple of the Sibilla and the Rocca Pia are easily reachable on foot. The house is located in the historic center, but just 5 minutes on foot there is free parking in "via degli stabilimenti" (crossroads with "via del colle") near the entrance to the "Santuario di Ercole Vincitore", a long closed street with free parking spaces. Another easily accessible guarded car park is about a 7-minute walk away (parcheggio piazza massimo) The Tivoli train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is located on via Tiburtina (in front of the public gardens of Tivoli) where the Cotral Tivoli-Rome line passes, also useful for reaching Villa Adriana. Zero kilometer breakfast.
