New, independent house of 40 m2 on private enclosed land, with free parking for 3 cars. Shopping area and city center are a 10-minute walk away Outside: terrace with garden furniture and parasol, large lot with lawn Ground floor: Kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer part, bathroom with Italian shower, WC sink Sitting area with TV and BZ for double bedding (140X190) Upstairs: Double bed 140 X 190 and single bed 90 X 190 Guest access Hello, Our maisonette is located at number 39 rue de Bourgogne. If you use Google maps type number 37 of my neighbors, otherwise your GPS will send you to another street. The gate will be open. Enter the courtyard and park near your rental. The home door will not be locked and the key in the interior lock. Come in and settle in. The black box in the top on the table opens and closes the automatic gate with the left button. Shower towels and pillows/duvet for the BZ will be placed in the dressing room upstairs. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance upon arrival.
