New independent 40 m2 maisonette on private enclosed land, with free parking for 3 cars. Shopping area and city center are a 10-minute walk away Outside: terrace with garden furniture and parasol, large plot with lawn Ground floor: Kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer section, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet sink Sitting area with TV and sofa bed for double bed (140 X 190) Upstairs: double bed 140 X 190 and single bed 90 X 190 Guest access Hi. Our maisonette is located at number 39 rue de Bourgogne. If you use Google Maps, type in my neighbors' number 37, otherwise your GPS will send you to another street. The gate will be open. Enter the courtyard and park near your rental. The door of the accommodation will not be locked and the key in the interior lock. Come in and make yourself at home. The black box in the tray on the table allows you to open and close the automatic gate by pressing the left button. Shower towels and pillows/duvet for the sofa bed will be placed in the upstairs dressing room. Please let me know if you have any questions or need help when you arrive.
