Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place. The space In a small, romantic town called ABTENAU (part /fraction of it named "Radochsberg" -about 7km from town and about 50km from the city of Salzburg) you find our lovely and well furnished house - APARTMENTHAUS VERGISSMEINNICHT with 2 APARTMENTS - recommended with four Edelweiss - invites you to relax and well-being. All our Apartments are non-smoker Apartments. Enjoy the great view from the balcony on the third floor in the middle of green fields and the mountains - away from the hectic and stress of everyday´s life. We, your hosts live in the same house too. Apartment on the 3rd floor/NO elevator: The Apartment is perfect for a Family with kids or two to five people and is equipped with a cable LED-TV, a CD-Radio, DVD with films, WLAN, Safe, hairdryer and a furnished balcony. This Apartment is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including all electric appliancies and utensils you´d need for cooking (also a kettle, capsule-coffee- and filter machine, toaster, dishwasher and a microwave), two separate bedrooms (one double room in the living/dining room and one room with a double- and a single bed), one bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and another separate toilet. Cozy ambience and equipment and personal service are a must for us. Shortly you´re in the famous city of Salzburg or in Hallstatt, or the nearby lakes of our region - we will assist you with our tipps. Hiking and relaxing - both is possible in our landy, cozy town. And children are welcome always and everywhere - there are a lot of offers for children in our region. In summer and winter threre are a lot of possibilities for excursions for young and old (we recommend the SalzburgLandCard). And when the weather isn´t good, you can relax at the Spa´s nearby - for example at the Aqua Salza in Golling,Therme Amadé Altenmarkt, Gastein etc.). The next ski areas are Abtenau (Karkogel- in summer you can also go tobbogan-sliding and there´s a 18-hole minigolf and a fun park for children) and Rußbach (Lammertal Dachstein West) - they are just 7km (8-10 min by car) away from our house. We have prepared/made a photobook with the best excursion-tipps for you, because there are so many things to do in our area and a guest-App. Our philosophy is that our guests should feel good - well beeing is very important for us an we want to bring the beauty of our nature and our region near to you. The house is now rented in the third generation and it never stands still - it´s a mix of old and new, modern und comfortable - like we are! We have two children too and therefore we´re very happy to welcome families with children and see their lightended eyes. Linen, towels and dishes are included in the daily rate. There´s just to pay the tourism-tax of actually € 2,50 per adult (up to 15 years) and € 80.00 once for the final cleaning. Our nice, big and beautiful garden invites to spend a nice day/evening and the children can have a lot of fun - threre´s a playground, a barbecue-place and a hat to sit in and spend a funny evening. Lundry on request - to pay. On request we offer you fresh rolls every morning - we don´t offer breakfast or anything else - self service. The next supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. are in the center of Abtenau. Please take care about the opening hours (Sunday is closed in low season) - and you need a parking clock - watch out for the blue zone - parking is allowed just for 90minutes - we can borrow you such a clock or you get it too at the local tourism-office. The supermarkets are closed at the evenings and on Sundays/just open for some hours in high season. You get nearly everything in Abtenau, what you need for a great holiday - just for the weather and the fun you´re responsible for yourself and we cannot guarantee :.).
