Hikers and birdwatching enthusiasts are in for a treat, as the home lies minutes away from some of the most stunning treks and trails. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, antique bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - This beautiful home features 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor and 2 on the ground floor. - All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort including a king-sized bed, electric blanket, Wi-Fi, TV, heater and an ensuite bathroom. - Each bedroom is embellished with a handful of artworks and snug chairs. - Each bedroom also features welcoming bay windows with seating space, resembling an alcove. - One of the bedrooms also has an AC. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - Hairdryers can be provided on request. COMMON AREAS - The vibrantly red entrance of the home, makes a statement in itself, opens up to otherworldly indoor spaces that emanate bliss. - There are 2 well-furnished living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor. - One is furnished with a combination of vintage and sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 8 people and is equipped with an AC. - This living room features tall and wide bookshelves, that are home to a large collection of handpicked reads. - It opens up to a serene, attached balcony, that promises gorgeous views. - The other, on the lower ground floor, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. - Both living rooms are equipped with a plethora of amenities including a heater, Wi-Fi access and CCTV cameras for security purposes. - The air-conditioned dining area is on the lower ground floor and is a component of the living room. It can seat up to 6 people. - The first floor of the home boasts a snug attic room, replete with a range of indoor games. - Guests can head over to the solarium, unwind and admire the surrounding breathtaking views. - The entire home boasts scattered pockets of verandahs, all ornamented with colourful, fragrant and blossoming potted plants. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their three rooms and common areas. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Step through the vivid, red doors and pace yourself for a getaway that is all things peaceful. Hosting a variety of experiences, within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate and lip-smacking complimentary breakfast. Head over to the sunroom and devour the clear, morning skies. The attic room is complete with indoor games like cards and ludo, ideal for spending quality time together with your loved ones. Pick out a book to, undisturbed, amidst the mountains and nature. Enjoy a game of golf. Embark on nearby treks and trails. Savour the uninterrupted views of the Naini Peak. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use. Wood and coal will be charged as per actuals. - The washing machine can be used at an additional cost. - The bar trolleys can be used at an additional cost. - There are 2 movable bonfire pits. Each can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note, there are 4 bedrooms and guests have access to only 3 bedrooms and common areas. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the fridge, Wi-Fi, lights and electric blankets for up to 5 hours. - All mobile networks, except for Jio, work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living rooms and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker and owner stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
