Enjoy the incredible lighting in this nice, spacious apartment. My space is very chill. I have this great place if you need to get away from all the stress. Parking on the main street PARK IN PARKING LOT for extra fee, metro accessible. Major highway close by, stores and shops. The space This nice place is a 10 minute walk from Benning Rd metro station. 5 minutes drive from Union Station Happy and tranquil place that is a amazing escape from everything. Which is 420 friendly and located in a private room. Where you have bed and TV Guest access Have access to laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, common area, wifi, shops and stores. I have a shared space which is located in the living room. Other things to note Random guest are not allowed unless notified prior to booking. You will be CHARGED $25 fee for any extra guest you bring over even if they are not staying over or you can put how many guest when you book. If you would like to have a gathering $100 you must be sure to clean after yourself and you are responsible if your guest break anything or make a mess. If you would like private parking with no issues the price is $50 a week $100 if your stay is over 30 days
