The space Guests can rejuvenate and relax in the private swimming pool, whilst being in the company of spectacular panoramas. The vicinity of the property premises boasts a wide variety of birds, ideal for avid birdwatchers, along with grazing peacocks and deer. Mornings are punctuated with stunning sunrises, whilst during the evenings, you will witness the skies taking in the beautiful hues of dusks. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 6 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - The home features 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms are equipped with a variety of amenities including a heater, king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, wardrobe, extra mattress and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms overlook the soothing landscapes of the gardens. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A double tub jacuzzi is offered in one of the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - This beautiful home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, offering seating arrangements for up to 15 people. - It is equipped with a spectrum of amenities including AC, Wi-Fi, a portable music system and a CCTV camera for security purposes. - There is a separate dining room, that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. - The emerald exteriors of the property are an absolute delight, boasting a 35000 sq. ft. lawn, perfect for enjoying various outdoor activities. - It features ample seating arrangements, and collapsible umbrellas providing ample shade. - For all the kids, there is a designated play area as well, with a slide, swings, merry-go-round, and see-saw. - Guests can unwind and relax by the private swimming pool, 42x16 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - There is a designated badminton court, perfect for a friendly match with your loved ones. - There is a private terrace, overlooking the misty mountains and beautiful panoramas. It is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 10 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is strictly not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES This quaint holiday home is synonymous with a relaxing getaway nestled in the hills. Days here begin here with a lazy stroll in the expansive gardens followed by an elaborate breakfast, relished amidst gorgeous views. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards or ludo. Enjoy a friendly match of badminton on the dedicated badminton court. Reserve the evenings for a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. Enjoy a de-stressing dip in the jacuzzi. Relish a lavish barbecue meal and snuggle around the bonfire. Spot various species of birds, peacocks and deer. Venture out and explore the nearby treks and trails. Hop on the cycles and explore the premises of the property. End the day under a blanket of twinkling stars whilst on the terrace and take home a bag of memories. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per use. - The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. - Jacuzzi can be used at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Hookah is strictly prohibited - Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
