The neighborhood offers shops and restaurants, but has no major tourist sites; you have to take the metro to access the attractions of Paris. The accommodation is on two levels. On the ground floor, when you enter, you are in the main room: kitchen/living room that has: Kitchen area - hotplates - fridge - microwave - a coffee machine - a kettle - a washing machine - dishes, glasses and cutlery - pots and pans Living room area - a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed that can accommodate one person (please let me know if you will use it, so that I can leave you the necessary bed linen). - dining table/chairs - a TV The toilets are on the ground floor. There is a small outdoor area, perfect for smokers. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris. Public transport, bus and metro, is close to the accommodation. Robespierre metro station is a 5-minute walk away. A: All events, birthdays, gatherings are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if this point is not respected. Q: Smoking? A: The accommodation is non-smoking. Out of respect for our non-smoking guests and the children we welcome, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation as well as in the common areas of the building. Q: Can we drop off our luggage before check-in or after check-out? A: Yes, Monday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Q: Is it possible to check in before 3 p.m.? A: Depending on when the previous guest vacates the space and the time we need to clean, we can accommodate you earlier if it allows.
