It is a first floor and accessible via elevator if desired without the use of stairs. The closest paid private parking is a 3-minute walk away (Cuesta del Rosario). New apartment located in the heart of the city, in one of the most popular streets and a few minutes walk from the most important monuments (Giralda, Catedral, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, etc.). It combines a great gastronomic offer in the surroundings with silence and tranquility inside the apartment. Guest access You will receive the following free of charge: High-speed wireless internet access, sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Therefore, it will not be necessary to carry these items in your suitcase. Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared with sheets and a set of towels per person (one toilet and one bathroom). We offer this same equipment regardless of reservation time. If you would like extra towels or linens during your stay, we will be happy to provide you with a small additional cost. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the extra charge of 50% of the amount of the full stay as a penalty, or, failing that, the immediate expulsion of the accommodation.
