A spacious kitchen/diner forms the heart of the home, equipped with everything needed for family meals and entertaining. French doors open onto a secure enclosed garden, complete with loungers and chairs and table. Three cosy bedrooms ensure peaceful nights: a primary bedroom with king-size bed and wall-mounted TV, featuring its own window seat with harbour views; a twin room perfect for children or friends; and a serene single room. All bedrooms are furnished with quality linens and towels for your comfort. Situated in the heart of Newlyn, with free on-street parking available. The property's location offers easy access to Cornwall's most iconic attractions, while being just a two-minute walk from the renowned Newlyn School of Art. Please note that Sea Gem along with many Cornish seaside homes is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. It may not be suitable for those who are less mobile.
