The Mouses House Rainforest Retreat - Spa Chalets

The Mouses House Retreat is a hidden gem in the Gold Coast hinterland. Our rainforest is truly enchanted and within an hour of arriving you will feel any stress disappear, replaced with peace, tranquility & being at one with nature. Your accommodation consists of one of 3 private Rainforest Spa chalets nestled in Springbrook NP. Ask about our larger chalets built next to gentle cascading streams. We have free Wi-Fi, fireplace and full kitchen each chalet plus hot tub, sauna and tennis. Guests really love the chalets romance, but we are very happy to host families and groups. Our largest chalets sleeps up to 8 persons. Most chalets sleep 2-5 persons. Rates include 2 adults. Charges apply for extra invited adults or children. Springbrook Mt offers Winter chills 10-11 months of the year to enjoy your hardwood fireplace and soak into a couples Spa Bath with a glass of wine. You are welcome to bring own food & drinks, but we offer food baskets and packages to help into your relaxation mode. All guests have free Wi-Fi, movies on-demand, free use of the retreats Canadian Hot Tub, Swedish Sauna, plunge-pool, tennis court, mountain/electric/tandem pushbikes. Your hosts, Wayne and Christine live on site and are available 8am to 8pm and anytime after hours for emergencies. We have been owners for 14 years and thrive on meeting fantastic couples each and everyday. We are located near the end of Springbrook road and is very safe and quite. Private car is best to arrive at our retreat. No public transport options available to Springbrook Mountain. Taxi or Uber are an option. We offer private pick-up from the Gold Coast on request ( with fee ). Springbrook Mountain is full of walking trails and wonderful lookouts. The Mouses Retreat is only 400m away from the World Heritage listed Springbrook National Park and the fabulous "Twin-Falls" rainforest walk.
