The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room equipped with a smart TV, Netflix, free WiFi, bathroom with bath/shower, a spacious bedroom and an open kitchen with refrigerator, oven and electric stove. There is also pepper, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, coffee milk, sugar and dishwashing liquid. The apartment also has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available. The apartment includes a living room with open kitchen, 1 spacious bedroom with closet. Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate toilet. There is a built-in closet both upstairs and downstairs to store everything. If you come by car, you can park it for free in the street. Everything is included in the price. Towels, bed linen and cleaning. Other things to note Some practical matters: When you arrive, someone will welcome you and give you all the necessary explanations. When handing over the key, a deposit of €200 (cash or Payconiq) must be paid, the deposit will be returned/deposited upon departure and when returning the key. You are responsible for reporting any damage to the host. In the event of significant damage, the deposit will be withheld and a damage estimate will be drawn up for repair. This will be invoiced by the host to the tenant. If the damage is not reported, the renter remains responsible until after the apartment has been cleaned. You can use all the available materials. Coffee and tea are included in the price, as well as sheets and towels.
