It is a very warm place, conducive for families in winter or summer seasons, close to Playa Grande, Alem and Guemes walks in a garden environment with plants, flowers and a heated pool. It has an internal grill that can be used regardless of the weather conditions. Our idea is for our guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. Uncovered private garage. Exclusive for families. The space We have a heated pool service (28/30) degrees. This service is provided from October to April. We are the only ones who have this type of service in the area. We made an improvement to the house by placing a pergola with garlands to give more value to the outdoor space and so that our guests can enjoy this beautiful atmosphere that we have created. Exclusive for families. Guest access The entire property rented from the fund is for the exclusive use of our client families. The only thing shared with the owners is access to the property. It is clarified that what is being rented is the back of a property subdivided into front and back where the owner lives in the front. Absolute discretion and privacy are provided. Other things to note It is clarified that the bedrooms are part of one (1) large room subdivided into 2 spaces on the ground floor and another on the mezzanine floor, which can be perfectly seen in the photos. Guests are informed that no more than 5 guests are allowed and that it is for families.
