Dear guests, here you can rent my cozy 1 room apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom when I am traveling for business. The apartment with a nice balcony is located directly in the well-known university district of Schwabing, perfect for exploring Munich. The U-Bahn [subway] and tram are 2 minutes away. Parking is possible along the street. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people. *Errors excepted The space Both beds (double bed & sofa bed) are in one room. If you know each other well, you can live in the apartment well with 3 people and spend a few nice days. *Errors excepted Other things to note ❌You should feel safe with me, even in current times: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a cleaning lady after each stay. The bed linen is washed with disinfectant detergent❌ We have self check-in upon arrival. You will be sent all relevant information about your stay before arrival. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement.
