Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are situated off the ( A394 ) Penzance to Helston road , with Rinsey Beach just down the road and Praa Sands Beach 2 miles away , with plenty of coastal walks near by and also Tregonning Hill just behind us, with its views of both the North & South coast of our lovely county . We have a local pub that cooks food every day , and finally we will be pleased to give you any information of the local area you may require . The space You will be in a very large Bedroom with lots of storage ,there also is a wash basin in your room, and SKY TV for your entertainment , With Tea and Coffee facilities . The Bathroom has plenty of room in it for you , and if you want to come down and sit in the conservatory make yourselves at home , see you in the dinning room for Breakfast each morning !!!! Guest access You access to our BnB is through the front garden and into the conservatory ,up the stairs to your Bedroom ,with your bathroom adjacent . The living areas which you can use at your leisure are the dinning room , conservatory, garden /patio area .
