The space This sophisticated apartment is located in the heart of Potts Point, perfectly positioned to enjoy the neighbourhood's world-class dining, coffee shops and design boutiques. It is effortlessly connected to the CBD and has everything you need on its doorstep. Showcasing bright and spacious interiors, it enjoys a peaceful setting overlooking the harbour with million dollar views over Rushcutters Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the quaint balcony, while you watch the sun rise in the morning from the east. The apartment features a designer kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including a full size fridge, induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, along with stocked pantry items for you to use. There is a dining table where you can sit down to a meal together at home. In the evenings, unwind on the generous lounge suite, with smart TV (free to air channels available through smart tv as live streaming only) and free Wi-Fi throughout. There are two queen-sized bedrooms within the apartment. Each is beautifully styled and offers plenty of storage space for your belongings with a double built-in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom includes a rain shower, toilet and large basin with boutique toiletries complimentary for your stay. Catering to both short and long stays, the apartment provides the convenience of a brand new washing machine/dryer combo, that is cleverly tucked away in the kitchen. The apartment comes with dedicated undercover parking for one vehicle, a rarity in this part of town. The parking spot is located at the back of the complex in a quiet cul-de-sac and attached with convenient and direct access. Guest access During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 2hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $175 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $100 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Parking ~ The apartment comes with a dedicated private open air parking spot for 1 vehicle (maximum medium size car - will not fit larger SUV vehicles). No parking height restrictions apply ~ BBQ grill ~ Please note that if you use the BBQ, you are required to clean it before your checkout. If our cleaner finds that a BBQ has been used and not cleaned or not cleaned properly, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee charged to you ~ Air Conditioning ~ This property does not have air conditioning. There are portable fans that keep the property cooled down during the warmer months ~ Construction ~ - Please note, construction is happening on nearby building site and noise may be heard inside the apartment from 7am – 4pm. - Please note, that there is some rooftop repair works occurring until June 2027 and noise may be heard inside the apartment from 7am - 4pm.
