On the ground floor, a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed. This room is adjacent to the bathroom and toilet. Access to the bathroom is via 2 different doors. And not through the ground floor bedroom. Quiet and cocooning. Guest access Independent access from the back of the property, by a staircase leading to a small terrace.
