- Enjoy a functional apartment ideally located 2 steps from the train station and a few minutes from the historic heart of Poitiers (Cathedral district, Notre Dame church, shops and restaurants) where everything is done on foot. The apartment has been designed to make you feel at home. For your convenience, a private parking space is included in the rental. The space Welcome to the Majorelle Studio with its private parking space (not suitable for vehicles over 4M50 in length). I remind you that the apartment is totally non-smoking! Check-in is self check-in at the time you want. Make yourself at home. The apartment has been designed to make you feel at home: - Wi-Fi connection / SFR TV channels. - Lounge area dining room/ sofa /coffee table/LED TV FHD 100cm. - Kitchen equipped with fridge, induction hobs, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery (the WASHING MACHINE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL and NOT INCLUDED IN USABLE ITEMS). - Bathroom with shower and toilet in which you will find bath towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron with a table. - Night area with a 140 X 190 bed New Mattress (Hotel Quality 25 cm memory foam). sheets, duvet and pillows provided. - Blackout curtains. - Heaters and hot water tank. I'll be available by phone or text throughout your stay. Guest access You have access to the Majorelle Studio. The exterior through which you arrive (3rd floor). It's also a smoking area. I remind you that it is strictly no smoking in the apartment. Other things to note Access to the apartment is self-contained. I remain available and reachable due to the proximity of my home to the Majorelle Studio. Before you leave, remember to do your dishes and store them in the cabinet provided for this purpose.
