Dedicated work space with fast Wifi provided. The space This modern house is located in Juana Diaz close to PR-14 and 5 minutes from the shopping strip, the city center, and PR-52 (main highway). You will be able to enjoy amazing views of the Caribbean sea (La Guancha, Ponce and the Windmills in Santa Isabel) and the Cordillera Central (Mountains) while enjoying the tranquility of the infinity pool. This home is tastefully designed and decorated with murals and paintings from local artist. You will also enjoy a fully stocked Chef's Kitchen with double ovens and an oversized island. Working during your vacation? We have an office set up as a dedicated workspace for your convenience. While secluded to provide a peaceful stay, the home is just minute from restaurants, shops and have easy access to Puerto Rico's main highway. Ride sharing options are limited in the area and a car rental is highly suggested. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of one closet reserved for storage. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers typical cleaning of the house. We ask that our guest clean up any excessive mess on kitchen appliances. Additional cleaning will incur a $75 fee charged through the AirBnB Resolution Center We have a strict NO PET policy. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fee for the additional deep cleaning and possible effect on follow on reservations. We have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. A $200 fee will be charges for odor removal services. We understand that accidents happen, however, any broken or damaged item with a value greater than $50 will be charged through the AirBnB resolution center. A full inventory is performed before and after every reservation. Unregistered guests above our max allowed of guest will pay a fee of $100/night/person This situations are atypical and we trust or guests will follow our house rules while enjoying the property.
