Beautiful studio - 20' walking from Montmartre

Hello! I rent my little Parisian studio to people respectful of the cozy little nest that I created. I hope your stay here will be the best. My studio is 22m2 ultra functional and really nice place to stay It is quiet and perfect for travelers who want to find warmth and comfort after a day of sightseeing! Marx Dormoy is Paris popular and "bobo" (chic bohemian), multicultural, atypical, mixed and spicy. Please, consider this aspect before booking :-) The space The studio is 22m2, the main living room is also the place where the bed is. However, there are plenty of spaces, a huge bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen size bed, all for you alone! It is located in the 3rd without elevator. The flat is very calm as it's located inside the courtyard, no sounds from the roads traffic. Guest access All Other things to note My apartment is very appreciated for its cleanliness as you will see in the feedback from visitors. In the context of COVID, I have made a commitment to respect Airbnb's thorough cleaning protocol, namely: - I sanitize frequently touched surfaces, including door handles. - I use approved cleaning and disinfectant products - I clean each room following detailed cleaning checklists - I offer additional cleaning products, so that you can clean the accommodation during your stay. I live right in front of the covered market "marché de l'Olive", a recently rehabilitated hall where you will find everything you need and especially, good French products !!!
