Tiny house near Viljandi lake

Our house is in Viljandi city, but it feels like you are in countryside. We have one double bed and one sofabed for two, plus possibility to add 4 matrasses on request. The house has everything you need for life. There is also terrace in front of the house with a seating area, barbecue facilities and children's playground. The nearest shop with a bakery and fresh meat is 300m away and the beach is 200m away. The space Our place has 1,5 floors. On a upper floor there is one 160 width bed and free area, what could be used also to fit some matrasses if there are more visitors. On the first floor there is a kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. You can also find there plates, bowls, cups, glasses (champagne, wine and regular), pot, pan, coffee press and cutlery. Coffee, tea, sugar, honey, salt, pepper and oil are also available on site. There is also dining area inside. Next to kitchenette there is siting area with comfortable sofa, tv and books. Shower room with toilet is also on first floor- towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel available. There is also air heat pump to heat and cool the room on a first floor and an infrared heat panel on secod floor. At the front of the house there is a terrace with 4 chairs and small table, +bigger table and 5 chairs for eating. Also a grill. We also have small playground with nest swing, swing, slide, playhouse and trampoline. Guest access You can find tiny house next to the big yellow house if you go in to the garden and walk to the other side of the house. Parking is next to big house, outside the garden. Main house is right next to the small one. Other things to note It is possible to rent a SUP board, hot tube, tent sauna, bicycles and car (also cabrio).
