In this 2-room apartment, newly built in 2022, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay on about 48 m²: - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - modern bathroom with walk-in shower - Dining table for up to 4 people - Sofa that can be pulled out as a sofa bed for reading, relaxing or watching TV - separate bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) with wardrobe - Hallway with wardrobe and shoe cabinet - terrace with seating and evening sun The space Since this is a new development area, construction noise can currently be heard during the day, although the apartment has increased sound insulation! Hallway: A wardrobe, a shoe cabinet and a full-length mirror for that perfect look in the morning. Bath: Here you will find a modern shower room with walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity with cabinet and towel rails. We offer our guests hand towels, shower towels and a hair dryer. Bedroom s: The comfortable bed (180 x 200 cm) with two bedside tables and reading lights invites you to relax from the day. Using the curtains, you can darken the daylight if necessary. Do you like it very dark? No problem, the whole apartment is equipped with shutters for this purpose. Living room: The L-couch invites you to relax: whether you want to read, watch TV, listen to music or take a nap. Kitchen: Opposite the living area, you can see the fully equipped kitchenette with induction stove and extractor hood, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Here you will find all kinds of cooking utensils, such as pots and pans, storage containers and cutting boards, but also a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Dining area: A dining table for four is available for dining. Placemats, dishes and glasses (including wine glasses) can be found in the kitchen. Outdoor area: A seating area invites you to linger on the sunny terrace. Parking: We have a free parking space in front of the house for your car or motorcycle. A separate wall box will soon be available for electric vehicles. The wallbox is charged separately and the use is not included in the rental. Cleaning utensils: Broom, shovel, vacuum cleaner, as well as garbage bags are available under the sink or in the pantry for our guests. Please return everything after use so that other guests can access it if needed. If something is defective or empty, we ask for information so that we can organize a replacement as soon as possible. Thank you! Connection and infrastructure: Car: Heskem is the central district of the sunny municipality of Ebsdorfergrund. The supermarket in Heskem can be reached by car within 2 minutes. It takes about 9 minutes on foot. By car, you can also reach the center of Marburg within 10 minutes. If you don't want to use the fully equipped kitchen and order something, there are a number of delivery services with a wide selection of international cuisine available. Bike The Ebsdorfergrund, the surrounding communities and Marburg itself have a very well organized network of bike paths, so that you can also comfortably reach Marburg by e-bike in approx. 30 minutes to Marburg. If you like it sporty, of course, you can also do it without an electric motor. Local transportation: Throughout the day, buses also run to Marburg and Dreihausen.
