This La Jolla studio's beachfront location, cleanliness, and layout make it a good choice for the travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly lodging experience. The entrance is gated with a 24-hr guard to ensure maximum safety at all times. There are two pools, gorgeous landscaping, and a very comfy bed! Walk down the beach to epic surf breaks and various bars and restaurants. Mi condo es su condo! There are not many beachfront places in this price range that are fully equipped, clean, and fabulous! The view from the patio cannot be beat! Enjoy a Margarita at the patio table while taking in the sounds and views of crashing waves. Recently remodeled and updated There is one queen bed and extra deep living room sofa. The shower features excellent water pressure and we provide shampoo and soap. Don't feel like going out? Cook a simple meal in the fully-equipped kitchenette. There is a two burner stove-top, toaster oven, coffee maker, citrus juicer, stove top espresso maker, blender and microwave. Bring your board. The surf rack will hold a small quiver of up to an 8’ board. The condo is located up a staircase on the second floor. Please be aware that there is no elevator. You will have access to both pools, the beach out front, and the entire landscaped grounds of La Jolla. If I can accommodate it, I am open to early check-ins or late check-outs. Just ask. I provide the basics: 2 rolls of TP, some paper towels, basic cleaning supplies, soap and shampoo, clean sheets and towels, beach towels and a clean and wonderful space. If you run out of the provided supplies, head to La Comer! If you are looking for a deluxe accommodation, or are the high-maintenance type, this may not be the place for you. I am really busy, but want to put my condo out there for others to enjoy. Located on the Carretera Peninsular in the historic town of San Jose del Cabo, between La Comer and the town surf breaks on the beach. Perfect location from which to explore the whole Cabo area. You are close to public transportation and can catch a bus right up on the main street. However, I highly recommend renting a car. Taxis are very expensive. Please go to the security kiosk by the main pool upon arrival for a parking pass (if you have a car, which I recommend) and community wifi code. They close at 6 so go the next day if you arrive late. There is a lockbox on the door and I will send a message with the lockbox code and condo number the day before you arrive. There is a book with more info about the condo in the condo. $15 lost key fee Please rinse off your feet at the shower after walking on the beach. I provide drinking water. If you happen to run out, you can bring the empty bottle to any OXXO store and exchange it for about 30 pesos. There is one right on the main road to your right, walking distance (though I don't usually recommend walking on that busy road).
