A big lawn area perfect for BBQ parties or other outdoor events. The regular rate is only good for 15-20pax. For event inquiries that is more than 20pax, kindly message us for the rates, we offer different rates for party packages, thank you! Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire house: a fully equipped kitchen, a large, high-ceiling dining room and living room, 5 spacious bedrooms, and a spacious closed front-yard. Other things to note We're excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below: - Standard Check-In time is 3PM and Check-Out is 11AM. (Early or late Check-In or Check-Out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may incur some fees.) - We require a 2,500.00 Security Deposit in the form of Cash which is refundable upon check-out if there are no damages caused by you or any person in your party.
