Bon Bini (welcome) at apartment "Kas di BaMi". The apartment is on the closed and secured Seru Coral resort. The small-scale resort is known for its beautiful tropical garden and the largest swimming pool in Curacao. We are Bas and Mireille. After celebrating many years of holidays in the great Curacao, we have recently become a proud owner of this beautiful apartment. Possibly there is a car for rent for just €27.50 a day. The space The resort is very conveniently located. A 10-minute drive will take you to the heart of Willemstad, or to the famous Jan Thiel Beach with its beautiful beach, tasty restaurants and hip beach clubs. The Ostrich Farm, Aloe Vera Farm, Serena's Art Factory and Sint Joris Bay which is known for its kite surfers are also steps away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is close to the parking lot. From the back door, you can walk into the beautiful landscaped garden where the tropical birds will greet you. The communal swimming pool is a 2-minute walk away, and has plenty of sunbeds, chairs and parasols to make use of. The apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom with generous double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is well maintained and equipped with every comfort, has good WI-FI connection and has both 110 volts and 220-volt sockets. You enter the hall through the front door. The laundry room with washing machine/ ironing board/iron/ drying rack is adjacent to the hall. The kitchen is also adjacent to the hall. This is richly equipped with, among other things, a stove with oven/ microwave/ fridge-freezer combination/ extensive cooking utensils/ crockery/ glassware. There is also a cooler in the kitchen to take to one of the beautiful beaches that Curaçao is rich. The kitchen is connected to the living room by means of a bar. In the living room you will find the sitting area. Here is a coffee table with sofa, chair and a double sofa. From the sofa you can relax and watch the smart TV. The covered balcony is closed by means of shutters which can be opened so that a nice fresh wind blows through the apartment. By opening the large French doors, you have inside contact with the beautiful garden. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed from which you can watch lazy TV. To store your clothes there is a large built-in wardrobe with hanging and laying area which is closed by large mirror doors. The room can be cooled by means of a silent air conditioner. Optionally, we can add a cot. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom which has a shower, toilet and sink. Other things to note We live in the Netherlands ourselves. You will be welcomed by our manager. This will hand you the keys and remote control for the entrance gate, and show you the apartment. If you have any questions, the manager is waiting for you. Of course, you can also send us a message for general information, tips and tricks. We ask for a deposit of €100.00 per week, which you must transfer to our bank account before arrival. The costs for water and electricity are not included. On arrival and departure, the meter readings will be taken up with you by the manager. We will transfer the remainder to your bank account immediately at the end of your stay. For normal use of the air conditioning, you must take into account an amount of €5.00 per day for the water and electricity. You will be delivered the apartment clean. You should keep track of the apartment yourself in the meantime. Linen is available enough available.
