Guest access All Guests have access to the two bedroom penthouse and main rooftop terrace with lounge, dining and private jacuzzi pool. Accommodates up four adults and two children. Guests also have full access to the garden level pool and tropical gardens with flowers everywhere. A separately listed rooftop bedroom suite with private entrance can be rented with the two/ bedroom penthouse for additional price. It can be connected to or locked off from rooftop. Other things to note Please read our property HOA rules for the privacy and protection of owners and guests. All guests must be registered by passport on the day of booking. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Multiple weeks and monthly guests will be responsible for electric usage. This encourages conservation of costly resources for all. A deposit of $150 is collected at the time of the booking via a special offer. Our manager will photograph and read the meter at check-in and checkout.Any unused credit, will be refunded promptly.
