With its spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens directly to a welcoming balcony, our home is perfect for families or for young professionals looking for a relaxing getaway. The space Welcome to No. 11 - The Penthouse Phenomenal sight overlooking The City within our new residence, located a Prima Premium Residence Onestiilor. The flat is equipped with all the comforts for modern living. Our bright living room, features a comfy sofa bed that can accommodate two guests very easy. There is a full bathroom with bathtub and kitchen is featuring all the necessities and integrated appliances like Smeg Microwave that can be used as well as an Oven. As well there is a dishwasher, fridge, and electric hob. The flat benefits from underfloor heating for the winter months and full air conditioning for the summer season. If you’re arriving with a car at our property, rest assured, as we include for every guest, a private parking space right in front of the building. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm ! Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed. - Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons - Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
