Villa Roxy: 3 BR villa with Kalkan's best garden!

Villa Roxy is a newly renovated 3 storey house located in Kalamar. It is only a few minutes walk from several cafes, bars, restaurants but just far enough to avoid all the noise. Villa Roxy is 20 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan, and just a short stroll to the nearest supermarket, and convenience stores. 2 of the more popular beach clubs are less than a 10 minute walk from the villa. The villa is equipped with everything you will need whilst on holiday, plus more. The space Villa Roxy has been equipped with everything you'll need whilst on holiday, including a curved LED TV with cable TV in multiple languages, full kitchen with the latest appliances, modern decor, outdoor dining furniture, plus more. Each of the 3 bedrooms have been tastefully decorated on both the first and second floors. Each bedroom has its' own private ensuite and there is also a small half bathroom on the ground floor. The garden is one of the major features of this villa. The pool and custom made beanbags, coupled with the hammock and landscape designed garden, make this the perfect villa for a complete holiday as a couple, or with family and/or friends. There is also a large private roof terrace, which we recommend using in the evening. It does get quite hot during the day, however it will be yours to use as you wish throughout your stay. Nothing beats enjoying a few sundowners over panoramic views of Kalamar bay after a heavy day of lazing under the blazing Mediterranean sun. The entire house is air-conditioned, and there is street parking available for those coming via vehicle. In addition, we have installed 3 modems throughout the villa to ensure you're never without a wifi connection. Collecting house keys, and being given the lowdown on how everything works is very simple. We also provide a detailed information pack which can be emailed prior to your arrival. Someone comes everyday early morning to ensure the pool is clean and working effectively, as well as clean the garden. For those staying for a week (or more) there will be someone who comes to clean the villa mid-week, to wash and provide fresh bed linen and towels. Timing details can be arranged upon arrival. Guest access The entire villa will be accessible to all guests, and is for guest use only, so you will not have to worry about 'reserving' your sun lounge early morning. There are 4 sun lounges, and 4 large custom made beanbags available, along with 2 huge beach umbrellas. We've also supplied pool / beach towels. The outdoor dining table is located under the newly positioned pergola, and we have strategically positioned lights throughout to ensure we set an ambient mood each evening. Other things to note We also have a laundry with washing machine and clothes lines available. In addition, we have supplied an iron / ironing board and hair dryer as well.
