The apartment consists of a separate bedroom ( king size bed ) & living-dining area with very cozy sofa bed ( box spring sofa bed 160cmx180cm), Office to work, Internet, TV. A fully equipped kitchen as well as bathroom & separate toilet. They have everything you need! We offer the apartment as a residence. without elevator, but you will get a key for the elevator - you have to go to the 3rd floor with the elevator & from there go down half a floor on foot -! PS: For parents with strollers, it is possible - if you want - to park the stroller on the third floor. This saves you from carrying it up/down! You can park very well in front of the house - but costs plenty - except on weekends and holidays. We can recommend parking your car in the PARK & RIDE Garage Erdberg for little money ~ €4/day, then you can take the U3 directly towards the main road~ 4 stations & right on the O Tram ~3 stations & then you are right at the apartment! Another option is more expensive garages in the immediate vicinity (prices vary: €8, €20, etc./day). We would be happy to send you the information if you would like.
