The space This home's contemporary and sumptuous decor, sun-filled nooks and crannies, and the ideal spot to spend your evenings looking at the starry constellations make it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time with your loved ones. A treat for young children, we're pretty sure the expansive lawn will be their preferred hangout spot while on your stay. The equally lush surroundings of this abode are a sight to take in as you appreciate the numerous exotic green plants that have been placed uniquely on the staircase. To that effect, we provide: - Genset, Inverter, Wi-Fi, AC, TV - Barbecue, bonfire - Iron, torch, clothes stand - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Wardrobe, hangers, lockers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars and 6 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - This luxe villa features a total of 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer an array of plush amenities such as a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and locker. - Both the bedrooms on the first floor also feature an attached balcony overlooking the viridescent surroundings and the cool blues of the pool. - All rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - on the ground floor of this property. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - With decor that blends in relaxation and warmth, this charming abode features an opulent living room on the ground floor. - With natural light emanating throughout the expanse of the room, owing to the glass ceiling, this room also offers a music system, TV, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. - It has sofa-style seating arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 people. - It is equipped with an AC.  - Spend your time unwinding in the balconies offered on the first floor that can seat 2 people each. - Here’s where you can enjoy the company of your loved ones while sipping on your favourite brew. - The exteriors of this luxe property feature two lush green landscaped lawns blending in with the verdant surroundings. - The lawns cover an area of about 750 sq. ft. each. Guests can also choose to stroll along its peaceful trails or have a fun time playing a bunch of outdoor games while letting out their inner child. - One of the lawns has ample seating arrangements and can seat up to 6 people. - One of the lawns also offers a snug gazebo where guests can indulge in some quality time catching up with each other. - The exteriors also offer a designated play area for your little munchkins. - Another highlight of this property is the stunning outdoor pool flanked loungers for spending some time relaxing and unwinding. - The pool is 20x10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen for an additional charge of Rs. 2500 per day. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. - Please note that cooking non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed. - The kitchen strictly prohibits the storage or preparation of non-veg. food. For disposal of the same, they will be provided with disposables. FOOD - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The meal package includes breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Non-vegetarian meals are not provided at the property.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Overlooking the scenic vistas encircling this charming property lies this perfect getaway. Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite memorable. Within the property, guests can play competitive indoor board games.  The great verdant expanse of the lawns is quite ideal for arranging some fun events and gatherings. Stroll along the dewy grass or have a fun time playing their favourite outdoor games. Guests can soak in the beautiful views that each nook and cranny of this place has to offer. Reserve your evenings for some fun catching-up sessions in the gazebo. Kids can enjoy their day playing on the lawn. And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable barbeque feast while gazing at the starry night while sipping their favourite beverages. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 700 for a duration of 2 hours.  - A charge of Rs. 500 will be levied for cleaning. - Guests can use the iron, and torch for no extra charge. - Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property. - Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Please note that there is no AC in the living room. - In case of a power outage, the 1 KVA inverter can support all fans, lights, and TV for up to 4 hours. Additionally, there is a Genset as well for power backup. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of this property for security purposes. - The stay is a part of a gated society. - The caretaker stays near the premises of the property.  - Please note that the pool is placed along the lawn which faces the main entrance from the road.
