You can reach us via a ground-level entrance. The apartment offers 30 m² of living space for 1-3 people. The apartment has a double bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, for a relaxed and restful sleep. In addition, a TV with international satellite program is available, which invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, including freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, as well as coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. A seating area with table and chairs is also available, as well as a closet for ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Especially in summer you can spend cozy hours on our terrace. Garden chairs and a garden table are also available for this purpose. You can use the Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house free of charge. No pets allowed. Our house is located in a quiet and sunny location, close to cycling and hiking trails. Regensburg is about 34 km away, and Ingolstadt can be reached after about 30 km. Nuremberg Airport is about 100 km away. In the surrounding area (500 m) there is a cozy beer garden, as well as an inn. Shopping, such as Netto, Norma, Edeka can be reached in 6 km. Mon-Sat a bread service is possible by self-pickup on site.
