Bubbees Farm, rural retreat in Whistler's backyard

Large private home in Whistler's backyard, Pemberton, this airy and modern space features custom metalwork and breathtaking views of Mt Currie. This rural retreat has the perfect blend of location, privacy and inspiring views. This spacious open concept kitchen, dining & living room with a large upper deck lets everyone stretch out. We are a 10 acre property, on a quiet road close to multi-use trails, only 1km to the village of Pemberton We are on septic & well water The space Bubbees Farm's large private house is recently renovated with brand new appliances, flooring, paint, furniture & bathrooms. Handcrafted metalwork and farm themed artwork lends a unique character to each room. Both bathrooms feature in floor radiant heating, great for winter! We will get your breakfast off on the right foot too - each stay receives a dozen farm fresh eggs from our chickens. There is one queen bedroom off the living room downstairs. Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms along with the two bathrooms and open concept kitchen, dining area, second living room and big outside deck. The home has a private grassy yard and is situated on a 10 acre hobby farm with chickens, cows, honeybees & perennial gardens throughout. There's lots of room to park vehicles, trailers, sleds etc. Farm tours are available if you'd like to check out the animals or gardens, just let us know! Since this is a working farm, keep in mind some areas may be muddy at certain times of the year and there can be mosquitoes, flies & wasps in summer months. We have a small metal fabrication shop on the property, as well as farm activities and garden maintenance, but don't worry, these activities take place in regular day time hours. There is a small studio suite in the house that is rented to our farm/shop hand (Chad) It’s not attached to the house in any way, Chad helps us out here & takes care of the farm when we go away. Just so guests are aware, he very quiet & respectful guy. Other things to note If you are in need of an early check in, we will do our best to accomodate you! We also have 2 friendly dogs Lucy & Briggs (border collies) who will most likely greet you excitedly in the driveway. They are VERY friendly, but do make happy barks in their greeting process.
