The Nest

Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen. The space Guests enjoy their own private facilities including courtyard with barbecue and laundry, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living areas. Sit outside under towering white gums on your front terrace or comfy seating and bbq down on the streamline. Enjoy the company of resident wildlife, friendly horse and alpacas. You are welcome to play in our entertainment area with table tennis, darts, pool and soccer tables, languish in the pool, throw some bocce, walk or ride your bikes to the National Park. Easy drive to the hills and Swan Valley where there is no end of vineyards, hospitality venues, natural beauty and activities. Nearby facilities including all shops, venues, cinemas, train to the city are within minutes by car. Airport 15/30 minutes away depending on traffic so we do sometimes have plane noise depending on the airpath chosen on the day. You may notice this as it's usually just bird noise around here. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the property, sit comfortably under cover by Jane Brook, enjoy the wild-life and meet our animals. There is a shared, easily accessible recreation area with table tennis, table soccer, darts and pool table. Other things to note The Nest is on one level with a single step to the kitchen and has a fairly high step-in shower / hip bath unit which is in a quite confined space and is not suited to people with limited mobility.
