The space Welcome to the Il Giardino di Marzo Guesthouse, the ideal retreat for those who want to immerse themselves in the tranquility of Tuscan nature without giving up all modern comforts. Located in Monti di Licciana Nardi, in the heart of the charming Lunigiana, our guesthouse is perfect for families, couples and small groups looking for a comfortable and independent stay. Pets are welcome! The furniture is a combination of Scandinavian design and modern objects, many of which are sought after in vintage markets. The accommodation consists of: a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds with exposed stone, equipped with bed linen and towels. a living room with a sofa. a modern and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals in total autonomy. A functional bathroom with shower and toiletries. Outside, a large equipped garden awaits you (shared with guests on the upper floor) with a table, chairs and a relaxing sofa, barbecue: the perfect corner for an outdoor breakfast or to enjoy a sunset surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the Malaspina Castle. The strategic location of the guesthouse allows you to easily visit the wonderful Cinque Terre, the vibrant Versilia, the imposing Apuan Alps and the characteristic medieval villages of the surrounding Lunigiana. In summer, streams are also easily accessible where you can cool off and enjoy the wonderful views that nature offers us. I will be at your disposal to give you all the advice to explore Lunigiana, the region of authentic Tuscany and away from mass tourism, or the Cinque Terre or the beautiful Ligurian coast with the villages of Portovenere, Tellaro, Lerici or to reach the beautiful cities of Lucca and Pisa. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor, guests have the entire apartment with independent entrance at their disposal. The large, fully fenced garden is available to share with guests on the upper floor. There is a dining/relaxation area outside that from April to October is equipped with tables, chairs for dining outside, deckchairs and a barbecue area dedicated to both apartments. Parking for cars is located on the property. Other things to note Pets allowed. A camping cot and high chair are available upon guest request. As required by law, in addition to a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector, there is a gas detector in the apartment. Nearby you can easily reach several restaurants (one a short walk from our house) where you can taste the typical dishes of Lunigiana and much more. Aulla train station, with ample free parking, convenient for reaching the Cinque Terre, is just a few minutes away. Nearby you can visit beautiful medieval villages, castles, rivers and reach the beautiful seaside villages of Tellaro, Lerici and Portovenere in about 30 minutes by car.
