Our space is perfectly tailored for One small breed dog and cat ensuring that both you and your pet have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pet Policy: 1. Acceptable Breeds: Ideal for small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Dachshunds, Shih Tzus, and cats of all breeds. 2. Weight Limit: Up to 10 kg to ensure the comfort and safety of our petite canine and feline guests. 3. House Training: All pets must be house-trained. Owners are responsible for any accidents and are expected to keep our space clean and odor-free. 4. Outdoor Etiquette: Please be prepared to clean up after your pet during walks around our property and neighborhood. Dogs should be leashed all the time when outside the villa. 5. Damage Policy: We love hosting your pets, but any damages caused by them will incur a charge equivalent to a minimum of one night’s rate (Php 6,000-7,000) ensuring that we can keep our home available and pristine for all guests.
