Situated at the heart of Oradea, Central Park is the result of a complex modernization project. The location has a welcoming design and it keeps some of the original and well-preserved elements of the building. The property houses 3 chic apartments with a lovely view over the park and the Orthodox Cathedral, and six comfy double rooms. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. Fast and easy access through the property with a code-based system. The space Space was rebuilt with special care to the original elements of the building and the result is a warm welcoming room. You will discover a tasty bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), a practical working desk and a lovely lounge chair if you feel like reading until late in the night. The practical bathroom has some nice lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included. There is also a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee, tea and water are on us. Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, available and for an extra fee. SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for smoke or vape. Guest access Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town. Other things to note 1. The flat capacity is for 2 adults, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services. 2. Street parking lots (free on weekends and paid on weekdays) are in front of the property, or 250 m away you can find a paid large underground parking space. 3. Iron together with an iron table are available on request and for free. 4. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures. 5. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
