B&B Pletna a triple lake-view room

Our triple lake-view room has got one large french-size bed for two and an additional single bed, which can sleep a child. The room is overlooking the lake and has got a balcony with a sitting set. Further amenities are: fridge, kettle, ceiling fan... Air conditioning has been installed in May 2016. Breakfast is not included in the AirBnB price but can be ordered on spot. The only option on premises is room-service breakfast at 12€ per person and night. Buffet-breakfast is possible at Mlino. The space The most unique part of our B&B is the view that can be admired from the balconies and the utmost vicinity to the lake. Just the road needs to be crossed. INTRODUCTION: Lake View B&B Pletna (3 star) is one of only a few family-run guest houses ideally located directly across from the lake where its guests can have a swim almost across from the house or they can hire a wooden rowing boat at a special offer to visit the island. Our B&B is set in a small picturesque lakeside village of Mlino where the shore seems only a stone's throw to the little island in the middle of the lake and where the main pletna boats' wharf is located. The busier town centre is just a leisurely 15-minute stroll away from the guesthouse. Close by are the local bus stop MLINO, two restaurants as well as a grocery store. Highly recommended is SOVA restaurant just next door. Normally, reservations are required. SPORTS RENTALS: -boat rental - starting hour payable, the additional hour free of charge -bike, mountain bike rentals -SUP rental -kayak rental Guest access All our guests' rooms are on the first floor. During your stay HIGH-SEASON POLICY Dear guests, one and 2 nights' reservations are also welcome in our B&B, but please, take into consideration that during the high season months (June-Sept) and due to a rather small capacity (only 5 rooms) they are done only on a very last minute basis a day or two before the very date, unless there is a gap in our reservation schedule. Thank you very much for your understanding:) Other things to note -!!!Obligatory tourist tax is payable extra: 3,13€per person and night. Children pay half the amount. -An extra on-spot charge is also the optional room service breakfast can be ordered on request at 12€ per person and night. Concerning breakfast, we also have an agreement with our neighbouring pension to having a richer buffet breakfast at their property. This option is payable directly to them -!!!! However perfect in location, we have to honestly inform our potential guests, especially light sleepers, that our location is not a quiet one, especially during the day, due to the fact that the B&B is also situated right off the main road to Bohinj lake. For the majority of our guests the beautiful views and the very convenient vicinity to the lake make it up for it. - Sorry, pets are not allowed.
