An industrial loft-style bedroom, nicely balanced with medium tone ceramic wood patterned tiled flooring, brushed concrete and industrial brick covered walls gives the feeling like you’re outside. A contemporary bathroom provides a rain shower and bathtub, the walls are finished with a thin layer of concrete that gives a industrial-but-sophisticated look. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse building, with local restaurants, shops and the beach all within easy walking distance. CLEANING - Cleaning / Bed-linen change is included 1x per week for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning is available at extra cost. CHECK-IN - Normal check-in is from 2pm. Please note check-in can be no later than 7pm at night. LATE CHECK-OUT - Check out is at 11am. If you require late check-out please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply. ELECTRIC - For stays less than 21 days electric is free up to 50 baht per day, anything over this amount guests have to pay and charged at 6 baht per unit. For stays of 21 days and longer guest must pay for electric. UTILITIES DEPOSIT - A cash deposit of 2,000 Baht is required on check-in. Refunded on check-out minus any costs such as utilities.
